My trials, tribulation and progress in designing and building a handcycle, at home, out of carbon fiber.

Final Handgrips (well almost)
Relative to the handgrips: the carbon fiber is in place, the axles and bearing fitted, the brakes levers fitted, and the twist shifter added. The carbon fiber is sanded with 150 grit paper in preparation for the final coat of epoxy.
What's the chance you'd be interested in prototyping a pair of quadriplegic grips for a HC? The one available are quite clunky and heavy. I'd like to try something made of carbon. BTW, I'm getting ready to build a handcycle wheel using the Alfine 11 Di2 hub. I reason the electrical wire on the shifter will be easier to protect from fatigue than the shifter cable.
